Is the property adults only?
Yes. The property is adults only, children are not accommodated and cribs or extra beds are not available. There is no minimum age requirement for check-in.
Does the property have a pool?
Yes, there are three free outdoor pools. One is open all year, the other two are seasonal, and one of them is reserved for adults only. Loungers and umbrellas are provided.
What type of room can I book?
The Deluxe Double Room with Balcony, a 24 m² room with one queen bed, private pool, terrace, air conditioning, minibar and private bathroom.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Is parking available?
Yes, free private parking is available on site. Reservation is needed, so please tell us if you arrive by car.
How close is the beach?
Diklovac Beach is 0,15 km from the property, about a two minute walk, and Diklo Beach is 0,95 km away.
How far is the centre of Zadar?
The Old Town is around 4 km away. The bus stop nearby connects Diklo with the city, and Zadar Airport is 15 km away.
Is breakfast served and is there a restaurant?
The property does not serve breakfast and has no restaurant or spa, but complimentary coffee is available and restaurants are 350 m, 700 m and 800 m away.
Are pets, smoking or parties allowed?
Pets are not allowed, the property is entirely non-smoking and parties or events are not permitted. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
Is WiFi free?
Yes, WiFi is available at the property free of charge.
